I was pulling coil pack connectors to see which cylinder is dead.Unfortunately I did not dremel the plenum when I had it off. Its true that the injector could be clogged, but I do not think that the injector is the issue here because the misfire is still on the same cylinder as it was before, and the injector is brand new. I also made sure to remove any rags that were stuffed in it before reinstalling it. I guess the next thing I will do is compare the spark with that of adjacent cylinders, I have not done that yet. Also it could be possible that the connector was switched with one from another cylinder, but wouldn't that cause the car to misfire on 2 cylinders, rather than just one? Thanks for the suggestions!
